The townlands of Menlough, Menlough commons, Menlough Eighter and Menlough Oughter are in County Galway. If you search Griffith's valuation you will find who lived there in 1855. The other place is almost certainly Caltraghcreen which is nearby.

Caltraghcreen is a townland in the civil parish of Killoscobe in the barony of Tiaquin and the Poor Law Union of Mountbellew in County Galway. The RC parish is Menlough just in the diocese of Tuam but near the border of Elphin and the Diocese of Clonfert. For Catholic records before civil registration (1 Jan 1864) always include the religion, in fact in all queries always quote the religion in Ireland if known.
